  • Great value & location in Paihia
Upgraded on arrival & also full cooked breakfast included. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Room lovely overlooking gardens & an easy 10 minute walk into town. Cooked breakfast fantatsic. Very few guests so we could order off the menu instead of a buffet. Great value.

  • Fabulous stay
We went up to Paihia for a weekend away. We did the upgrade special. Standard to superior. When we got there we got upgraded to Deluxe. Free breakfasts, free arrival drink and absolutely lovely room overlooking lush gardens. Check out at midday, which is always a plus. The service was welcoming and pleasant. Staff very friendly. The room was very modern and nicely done out. Very clean. The bathroom was big with a great shower. Powerful spray. We had a nice balcony so spent time in the sun relaxing. Quite private. Not too far from the ferry and shops. All in all, very pleased with this hotel.
