Scenic Hotel Marlborough welcomes new Head Chef

Scenic Hotel Marlborough is delighted to welcome new Head Chef Sasidhar Thathapudi, or Sash, as he is know to his friends and colleagues.

Sash brings with him a wealth of exceptional international experience. 

Developing his skills in some of the finest kitchens in Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Australia, England and India, Sash has also worked in four- and five-star hotels and restaurants in New Zealand over the last two years. 

Scenic Hotel Marlborough General Manager Brett Inkster says it’s with great pleasure Sash is welcomed to Scenic Hotel Group. “Sash is introducing an exciting international fusion menu to the much anticipated Mondrians Restaurant and Bar which opens in early November. His international expertise is a fitting accompaniment to the sleek modern design of our newly renovated facilities.”
