To join our Return Rewards Programme, please take a few moments to fill in the Application Form below and we'll take care of everything from there. The sooner you join and your membership has been confirmed, the sooner you can start earning your Return Rewards points.

The Return Rewards Programme commenced on 1st March 2005, and subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions will be reviewed anually on 31st January.

MEMBERSHIP - Membership is personal to a Member and Points cannot be transferred or gifted to any other person.

RETURN REWARDS POINTS ELIGIBILITY - Members will receive Return Rewards Points for every qualifying dollar they spend at participating Heartland Hotels, Scenic Hotels (excluding Scenic Hotel Tonga) and Te Waonui Forest Retreat where all our requirements are met. Exclusions and conditions will apply from time to time.

REDEMPTION OF POINTS - Points may be redeemed for a range of accommodation rewards at participating Heartland Hotels, Scenic Hotels (excluding Scenic Hotel Tonga) and Te Waonui Forest Retreat and for a range of non-accommodation rewards. The range of redemption products will change from time to time and are subject to availability at time of redemption.

POINTS MANAGEMENT - Points will be managed by Scenic Hotel Group and updated at regular intervals by our Return Rewards Administrator. Members will be emailed statements monthly that highlight their individual points balance and points expiry dates. Scenic Hotel Group reserves the right to amend Members' Points statements at any time. Points will expire after 24 months from date earned.

PERSONAL INFORMATION - Information concerning Members will be collected by us and held for use in relation to the Return Rewards Programme and for our marketing purposes. Members will be required to supply information to enable us to keep our records current, including your email address, telephone number and other contact details.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS - The Terms and Conditions which apply to the Return Rewards Programme can be changed by Scenic Hotel Group at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the website, and will apply from the time they are updated.

TAXATION - It is recommended that Members contact their own accountant or taxation adviser in respect of any tax issues. Liability for any taxes, duties, levies and other charges will be the sole responsibility of a Member

Scenic Hotel Group Ltd is the sole owner of the Return Rewards Programme.
