Return Rewards membership is solely available to corporate travellers. To join our Return Rewards Programme, please take a few moments to fill in the Application Form below and we'll take care of everything from there. The sooner you join and your membership has been confirmed, the sooner you can start earning your Return Rewards points.

The Return Rewards Programme commenced on 1st March 2005. Subject to our right to terminate the Programme, Return Rewards will be reviewed on 31st January 2007.

MEMBERSHIP - Membership will only be available to people who meet our membership criteria as reviewed and amended from time to time and who we accept as Members. Initially membership will be offered solely to individual corporate travellers. Membership is personal to a Member and Points cannot be transferred or gifted to any other person.

RETURN REWARDS POINTS ELIGIBILITY - Members will receive Return Rewards Points for every qualifying dollar they spend at participating Scenic and Heartland Hotels where all our requirements are met. Members will need to become familiar with our requirements that are set out in the Terms and Conditions applying to the Return Rewards Programme. Exclusions and conditions will apply.

REDEMPTION OF POINTS - Points must be redeemed in accordance with our requirements. If our criteria are met, Points may be redeemed for a range of accommodation rewards at participating Scenic and Heartland Hotels and for a range of non accommodation rewards. The range of Return Rewards offered will change from time to time.

POINTS MANAGEMENT - Points will be managed by Scenic Hotel Group and updated at regular intervals. Members will be advised of their Points balance and the date on which Points will expire. Scenic and Heartland Hotels reserves the right to amend Members' Points statements at any time.

PERSONAL INFORMATION - Information on Members will be collected by Scenic Hotel Group and held for use in relation to the Return Rewards Programme and for marketing purposes. Members will be required to supply information to enable us to keep our records current, including your email address, telephone number and other contact details.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS - The Terms and Conditions which apply to the Return Rewards Programme can be changed by Scenic Hotel Group at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on the website, and will apply from the time they are notified.

TAXATION - It is recommended that Members contact their own accountant or taxation adviser in respect of any tax issues. Liability for any taxes, duties, levies and other charges will be the sole responsibility of a Member.

DISPUTES - In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Return Rewards facilitator will be final and binding.

The above is a summary of the Terms and Conditions that apply to our Return Rewards Programme. If you are accepted for membership of the Programme, you must carefully familiarise yourself with all the Terms and Conditions that appear on the Scenic Hotel Groups website, including any changes that may occur from time to time. Scenic Hotel Group Limited is the sole owner of the Return Rewards Programme.
