28% discount is based on the Direct discount off the publicly available Best Flexible Rate plus the Stay Kiwi discount of 20% (unlockable at the time of booking).
All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card.
Rates are non-commissionable and intended for leisure travel.
Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:
1. Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
2. Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation cost per room booked.
