How do I purchase a Scenic Hotel Group gift voucher?

  1. Contact our Central Reservations Team on 0800 69 69 63 (or 03 357 1919)
  2. Request to purchase an SHG e-Voucher, specify the amount the voucher should be for
  3. Provide the recipients details (which will be included in the e-Voucher)
  4. Make payment via your credit card
  5. Receive a copy of your e-Voucher (it will be emailed to you, e-Voucher will be in a PDF format)

How do I use the voucher?

  1. Check Availability: Voucher recipient checks online for where and when they would like to stay (checks relevant availability) or contacts our central reservations team for assistance.
  2. Make a Booking: Contact the hotel directly or our central reservations team to make a reservation, advise you have a voucher - provide voucher number.
  3. Receive a confirmation of your booking via email
  4. Enjoy your Stay: On arrival or at checkout you can pay for your accommodation and/or any food purchases at the hotel with your voucher.

Terms & Conditions

  • e-Vouchers must be purchased in full, credit card payment will be taken over the phone
  • e-Vouchers are valid for use for a period of 365 days from date of issue
  • e-Vouchers are non-refundable
  • e-Vouchers can be used for the purchase of accommodation and food at any of our Scenic Hotel Group hotels, suites and resorts
  • All e-Vouchers will be issued in a PDF file format to the nominated recipient or purchaser via email
  • e-Vouchers will not be re-issued in the event of loss or damage
  • Individual hotel policy applies around security deposits (a valid credit card will suffice) and when payment will be taken.
