How to book a dog friendly room

All dog friendly room bookings must be made directly with the hotel via phone or email. Our hotel teams need to find out a little bit about your dog to ensure we can comfortably accommodate you both. Please find the relevant hotel contact information below. All bookings will be automatically be eligible to receive AA Smartfuel discounts for booking direct.

Terms & Conditions

Dog Room Terms and Conditions

  • Maximum number of dogs per room applies
  • Surcharge applies per night per dog, the hotel will provide you with the total room cost at the time of booking
  • All Dog Friendly Room bookings must be made prior to arrival and made directly with the hotel. Rooms are of limited supply and walk-ins are not guaranteed
  • Dogs must abide by a code of behaviour whilst on the hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to ask guests and their dogs to depart in the event the dog is noisy and/or unruly
  • Dogs may not be left unaccompanied in the guest room or in the owner's vehicle whilst on property.
  • Dogs will be provided with their own beds, they are not permitted to sleep on the guest beds.
  • Welcome Gifts differ between properties
 

General Hotel Terms and Conditions

  • All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card (Scenic Hotel Te Pania also requires all guests supply a Credit Card as security when checking in. Visa-Debit and other hybrid debit cards are not acceptable as security - if no credit card is available, guests must contact Scenic Hotel Te Pania to make alternative arrangements).
  • Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation cost per room booked.
  • If you agree to receive marketing material from us you may unsubscribe at any time. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

AA Smartfuel Terms and Conditions

  • Only available to guests who book direct (booking directly with the hotel). Bookings made via third parties (including online travel agent sites) are in eligible.
  • Minimum $100 spend in a single transaction to qualify for the 10 cent discount (credits apply per $100 spent)
  • Discount applies to a maximum 50 litres
  • Fuel discounts expire at the end of the month following the date of issue. 
  • Guests must supply their AA Smartfuel card at the time of payment to apply the credit.
