Baggage Storage
You are welcome to leave your bags with us prior to check-in or while you wait for transfers after check-out. Please contact reception to make appropriate arrangements.
Check-out
Check-out time is 10.00am. Should you wish to keep your room after this time please contact reception for availability. Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
Dry Cleaning
Dry cleaning is available Monday – Friday. Bags are available in your wardrobe. For same-day service, please complete the details and advise reception for collection from your room before 8.00am. Same-day items will be returned around 5.00pm.
Electric Current
Electricity is supplied at 240V AC, 50Hz. Electrical plug adaptors can be purchased from reception.
Housekeeping
At Airedale Boutique Suites we pride ourselves on environmental responsibility without compromising the highest levels of service and commitment to our guests.
- Towels – If you require your towels to be replaced please place them on the bathroom floor.
- Bed Linen – Standard policy is fresh linen every third night.
- Complimentary toiletries and hot beverage items will be checked and replaced daily as needed.
Housekeeping can provide you with additional supplies to make your stay as comfortable as possible or if you do not wish your linen to be changed in accordance with the above policy, please contact housekeeping on extension ‘7005’ between 9.00am – 3.00pm for assistance. Outside these hours, contact reception by dialling ‘0’ on your in-room phone.
Lost & Found
Please contact reception for assistance. Non-perishable are stored by the hotel for three months. After this time goods are donated to local community groups.
Minibar
All minibar items are chargeable, please refer to the current minibar pricelist. For any additional items please contact reception to order.
Parking
We offer valet parking for our guests from 7.00am – 10.00pm. Restrictions apply during road closures and holidays. For further information and charges, please contact reception.
Payment Options
We accept AliPay, WeChat Pay, all major credit cards, or cash payment in NZ$. All room charges must be cleared on check-out.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the hotel, guest rooms, car park, or left in cars overnight. Exceptions are made for registered Guide Dogs.
Post Office
Postage stamps for mail items within New Zealand or overseas can be purchased from reception. You are welcome to leave your letters at reception and they will go out with our daily mail. A courier service is available Monday – Friday.

Safe Deposit Facilities
Your room is equipped with a personal safe. Please follow the instructions found on the box for use. Alternatively, complimentary safe deposit facilities are available at reception. We recommend using either one of these services for cash and valuables during your stay.
