Welcome to Tudors on Papanui,

Our passionate team have endeavoured to showcase to you the best food and wine that Canterbury and New Zealand have to offer.

The Canterbury region stretches from the Southern Alps to the Pacific Ocean and offers some of the finest produce in New Zealand. We offer Wines from North Canterbury’s Waipara region. Meat sourced from local farms and cheese from Talbot Forest in Canterbury.

Drawing on the experience and diversity of our team, we strive to present a true local and memorable dining experience. We have a philosophy of using homemade and home-grown products, taken from our extensive on-site herb and vegetable garden.

Twice Cooked Pork Belly — $28.00
A delightful fusion of sweet, smoky, and salty. Coated in our master stock sauce. Served with braised peach & chorizo ragu and potato & kumara gratin

Coconut Braised Beef Rib — $30.00
Sumptuous slow-braised beef rib cooked in coconut, star anise, lemongrass, and a rich demi-glace. Served with sticky white rice and pickled red cabbage (GF, DF)

White Wine Chicken — $26.00
Succulent whole chicken leg roasted with earthy mushrooms, garlic, potato and delicious bacon, in a hearty vegetable sauce (GF, DF)

Sirloin Steak — $32.50
A delicious twist on the classic steak dinner, this tender sous-vide sirloin is cooked with thyme, butter, and topped with pink peppercorn sauce or garlic butter. Finished with a slow roasted tomato. Accompanied by potato & kumara gratin (GF)
