Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours prior to 2pm the day of arrival. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to 2pm the day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first nights’ accommodation for each room booked.
The Wildlife Centre does not need to be pre-booked, the centre is open from 9am to 5pm every day of the year
Private hot tub session are 60 minutes in duration, hot tub sessions are available from 2pm until 9pm (last entry 8pm), please refer to the Waiho Hot Tubs site for full details
