• Offer expires 16 March 2021, but may be withdrawn at any time at Scenic Hotel Group's discretion
• To qualify for the discounts nights of stay must be consecutive, discounts apply to the full priced rate plans
• Maximum possible discounts shown, customers must 'unlock' the Book Direct rates to qualify for 23% off
• Rates are non-commissionable and intended for leisure travel.

• All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card
• Any cancellations must be received no less than 48 hours prior to 2pm on the day on which you are due to arrive to avoid a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge is the full amount of the first night’s accommodation for each room booked.
• Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:
1. Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
2. Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
