The Blazing Copper Restaurant & Bar is perfect for a casual meal, a catch up with friends or to sit outside in the summer months and take in the park-like surroundings whilst enjoying some Southland cuisine.

Opening hours

The Blazing Copper Restaurant and Bar is open daily for buffet and a la carte breakfast 6.30am - 9.00am Monday to Friday and 7.00am - 10.00am on Saturday & Sunday, cafe style lunch 12.00pm - 2.00pm and a la carte dining from 6.00pm - 9.00pm. We also offer a kids menu, so this is also a perfect place to enjoy a family night out together.

If it’s something lighter or just a drink you’re after, the Lodge Public Bar is also within the hotel grounds open from 3pm until late (Monday – Saturday).
