The West Coast has its share of tasty treats from the surrounding rugged natural environment, from game meats to the famous West Coast whitebait. With either buffet dining (seasonal) from our carvery in the Waiatoto Room to our casual café and hearty pub style fare in the Frontier Café & Bar we will ensure that you leave happy and contented.

The Arawhata Bar is open seasonally in conjunction with The Waiatoto Room which offers a cozy escape to while away the evening.

This season’s Home Grown Dishes have been created by our talented chef Raveen Perera. Raveen is passionate about being a chef. He loves to see how happy food can make people, and how it brings them together to experience quality products and incredible favour.

Feta, Quinoa & Pomegranate Salad – $20.00
Entrée | Vegetarian (dairy, gluten, garlic & onion free)
Angel Food dairy free feta, fresh rocket leaves, toasted walnuts, wholesome quinoa, avocado, and pomegranate seeds. Finished with a honey & balsamic dressing and topped with crispy kumara crisps.

Tikka Spiced Salmon – $40.00
Main | Gluten Free
Farmed NZ Salmon, marinated in tikka spices. Baked then served on lemon scented cauliflower rice, accompanied by beetroot raita and a refreshing tomato, cucumber & coriander salad.

Dishes are available as part of our restaurants’ a la carte dinner menu.
