Baggage Storage
Guests are welcome to leave baggage at reception prior to check-in or while you wait for transfers after check-out. Please discuss your requirements with our friendly reception staff.
Check-out
Check-out time is 10.00am. Should you wish to keep your room after this time please contact reception for availability. Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
Children
High chairs and portable cots are available for guest use. Please contact reception to discuss your requirements.
Dry Cleaning
A dry cleaning service is available daily except for Sundays and public holidays. Bags are available in your room wardrobe. Please complete the details and deliver to reception before 8.00am or call reception for collection from your room. A same day service is available on weekdays, and Friday evening for Saturday morning service. Items sent after 8.00am will be returned the following day.
Electricity
Electrical plug adaptors are available for loan from reception. A refundable deposit of $25.00 is required, added to your room account, or by cash payment. The adaptor must be returned to reception on check-out to receive the refund.
Electricity is supplied at 240V AC, 50Hz.

Gym / Fitness Centre
A guest gym is located and is open from 6am to 9.30pm - access is free. Suitable apparel and footware must be warn at all times whilst in the Gym. Unsupervised children are not permitted. Please follow the stated health and safety guidelines as listed in the gym.
Hot Tub / Sauna
Available by appointment only (contact Reception '0' to book). Hot-tub - $20 single use / $35 for 2 people
Sauna - $20 single use / $35 for 2 people
Sessions are 45 minutes.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping department is more than happy to provide you with additional supplies to make your stay comfortable. Please contact reception for assistance.
Laundry
Located across from reception. Machines are token operated. Tokens can be purchased from reception: $4.00 for wash cycle and $4.00 for dry cycle. Washing powder is also available at reception.
Lost and Found
Please contact reception for assistance. Found items are stored by the hotel for three months. After this time goods are donated to local community groups.
Parking
Guests are welcome to park their cars on the premises. Parking spaces are however limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Options
Heartland Hotel Queenstown accepts all major credit cards or cash payment in
NZ$. All room charges must be cleared on check-out.
A 1.5% surcharge on all credit card payments applies.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the hotel, guest rooms, car park or left in cars overnight. Exceptions are made for registered Guide Dogs.
