COVID FLEXI-CHANGE POLICY

We recognise that international travel is going to be tricky for a little while yet. That's why Scenic Matavai Resort Niue has created the Covid Flexi-Change Policy to give you peace of mind. Our Flexible Cancellation policy means you can cancel free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival - for any reason!

However, if you've entered the non-refundable cancellation period, and you (or a household contact) test positive within 14-days prior to arrival in Niue (thus preventing you from travelling), you are able to modify your reservation to new dates up to 6 months from your original arrival date free of charge. You just need to provide us with the positive test results from a pre-departure PCR test or the Isolation Notification TEXT issued by New Zealand Government.

We're very excited that Niue will be available for quarantine free travel for tourists from 27 June. To help protect the island residents from Covid-19 there are some important measures in place to protect the health, social and economic well-being of the people of Niue.

• Offer applies to 7, 14 or 21 night stays between 27 June and 31 October 2022
• Offer expires 31 August 2022
• Limited to 3 (three) rooms per hotel per booking.
• This offer cannot be taken up concurrently with any other Special Offer.
  
• Only available to new bookings made directly with Scenic Hotel Group.
• Payment Policy:
  • 50% of the total reservation cost will be charged 14 days prior to arrival
  • Remaining 50% will be charged 7 days prior to arrival
• Flexible Cancellation Policy:
  • Bookings cancelled outside 15 days of arrival - no fee; 
  • Bookings between 8-14 days of arrival - 50% charge (total reservation cost); 
  • Bookings within 7 days of arrival - 100% charge (total reservation cost).
