All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted). No payment will be taken upfront, Credit card is used as a security guarantee. Payment will be taken at check-in at the hotel by your preferred payment method (cash, debit, credit card).

Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival* in order to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation cost per room booked.

*except at Te Waonui Forest Retreat where a 48 hour cancellation policy applies.

Group Bookings:

Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:
1. Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
2. Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
