All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card. Payment will be taken at check-in (alternative payment methods to credit cards available).

SuperGold rates and offers are only available to SuperGold Cardholders. You may be asked by the hotel to provide your SuperGold Card as evidence of your eligibility.

Discounts apply to the full priced Best Flexible Room Only Rate plan.

Discount valid for 2-night stays that include a Sunday night (e.g. Saturday and Sunday, or Sunday and Monday) – available until 22 December 2026.

Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation cost per room booked.

Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:

Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
