Your comfort is taken care of too with Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, and the usual amenities you’d expect to find in our excellent hotel rooms.

How to book a dog friendly room

All dog friendly room bookings must be made directly with the hotel via phone or email. Our hotel teams need to find out a little bit about your pet to ensure we can comfortably accommodate you both. Find your preferred hotel below.

Pet Friendly Room Terms & Conditions

Maximum number of dogs per room applies (refer to each hotel for specific limits)

Surcharge applies per night per dog, the hotel will provide you with the total room cost at the time of booking

All Dog Friendly Room bookings must be made prior to arrival and made directly with the hotel. Rooms are of limited supply and walk-ins are not guaranteed

Dogs must abide by a code of behaviour whilst on the hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to ask guests and their dogs to depart in the event the dog is noisy and/or unruly. Dogs are to be kept under control at all times. Dangerous or menacing behaviour displayed by your dog/s while staying at a Scenic Hotel Group property, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Dogs may not be left unaccompanied in the guest room or in the owner’s vehicle whilst on property

Dogs will be provided with their own beds, they are not permitted to sleep on the guest beds

Welcome Gifts differ between properties and are subject to availability

General Hotel Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card (Scenic Hotel Te Pania also requires all guests supply a Credit Card as security when checking in. Visa-Debit and other hybrid debit cards are not acceptable as security – if no credit card is available, guests must contact Scenic Hotel Te Pania to make alternative arrangements)

Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation cost per room booked.
