The Island

Affectionally known as ‘The Rock’, Niue actually translates as ‘behold the coconut’.  Niue is one of the most ‘under-the-radar’ destinations, which, once found, is never forgotten. With a small and friendly local population, this tiny island will surprise and delight with all it offers. If a love of the outdoors and a desire to leave behind the trappings of city life for a unique natural environment is what you have been craving, then Niue won’t disappoint. In just over 3-hours flying time from Auckland, New Zealand, visitors to Niue will find themselves transported to another world. With its Jurassic-like geological formations and crystal clear waters, Niue is like no other.
