To book valet parking please contact the hotel reception team.

Our heritage building does not have any self-parking on-site. If you would prefer to park your own vehicle there are self-parking buildings very close by. Our hotel team are happy to advise you of parking options at check-in.

Guests can park their car right in front of the hotel at 380 Queen Street for a few minutes and we can park their car for them or they can park on their own car after removing their luggage. This specific parking is for 5 minutes only. Guests can also park on Airedale Street (around 8 Airedale Street) for 5 minutes if the other space is full. View our valet parking map (PDF).

Farmers Santa Parade – November 2025

The annual Santa Parade will result in road closures on Queen Street typically from Wellesley street up to Mayoral Drive.
