As part of our Home Grown story, we’re proud to showcase Meadow Mushrooms.
Entrée: Grilled Field Mushrooms (V) $18
Juicy field mushrooms layered with rich mushroom duxelles, fragrant pesto, and melted mozzarella, finished with golden panko breadcrumbs. Grilled until crisp and served with fresh rocket leaves and sweet cherry tomatoes.
Entrée: Hot Chilli Butter Mushrooms (V) $15
Crispy portobello mushroom strips infused with aromatic Sri Lankan Spices, fried and tossed in a buttery chilli and garlic sauce. Finished with spring onions and capsicum for a mouthwatering, bold, warming autumn bite.
