Baggage Storage
Guests are welcome to leave baggage at reception prior to check-in or while you wait for transfers after check-out. Please discuss your requirements with our friendly reception staff.
Check-out
Check-out time is 10.00am. Should you wish to keep your room after this time please contact reception for availability. Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
Child Minding and Child Accessories
A child minder can be arranged for you with 48 hours prior notice; subject to availability. High chairs and portable cots are available for guest use. Please contact reception to discuss your requirements.
Dry Cleaning
A dry cleaning service is available daily except for Sundays and public holidays. Bags are available in your room wardrobe. Please complete the details and deliver to reception before 8.30am or call reception for collection from your room. Same day service on weekdays, and Friday evening for Saturday morning service. Items sent after 8.30am will be returned the following day.
Electricity
Electrical plug adaptors are available for loan from reception. A refundable deposit of $25.00 is required, added to your room account, or by cash payment. The adaptor must be returned to reception on check-out to receive the refund.
Electricity is supplied at 240V AC, 50Hz.

Laundry
A guest laundry is situated on the first floor of both Scenic Suites Queenstown buildings. There is no charge for using these machines. Complimentary organic washing powder is available in your room and additional washing powder is available from reception on request.
Lost and Found
Please contact reception for assistance. Found items are stored by the hotel for three months. After this time goods are donated to local community groups.
Newspapers
A morning newspaper (The Otago Daily Times) is available from reception. Should you wish to have a newspaper delivered to your room please contact reception before 8.00pm.
Parking
Guests staying with us are welcome to park their cars on the premises. Please note that parking spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed. For further information please contact reception.
Payment Options
Scenic Suites Queenstown accepts all major credit cards (excludes Diners Club) or cash payment in NZ$. All room charges must be cleared on check-out.
All accounts settled by credit card will incur a 1.5% credit card surcharge.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the hotel, guest rooms, car park or left in cars overnight. Exceptions are made for registered Guide Dogs.
