Baggage Storage
Guests are welcome to leave baggage at reception prior to check-in or while you wait for transfers after check-out. Please discuss your requirements with our friendly reception staff.

Check-out time is 10.00am. Should you wish to keep your room after this time please contact reception for availability. Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
Children
High chairs and portable cots are available for guest use. Please contact reception to discuss your requirements.
Dry Cleaning
A dry cleaning service is available daily except for Sundays and public holidays. Please call reception for assistance and pricing. Items requiring laundry service must be at reception by 8:00am. A same day service is available on weekdays, and Friday evening for Saturday morning service. Items sent after 8.00am will be returned the following day.
Electricity
Electrical plug adaptors are available for loan from reception. A refundable deposit of $25.00 is required, added to your room account, or by cash payment. The adaptor must be returned to reception on check-out to receive the refund.
Electricity is supplied at 240V AC, 50Hz.

Our housekeeping department is more than happy to provide you with additional supplies to make your stay comfortable. Please contact reception for assistance.
Laundry
Located across from reception. Machines are token operated. Tokens can be purchased from reception: $5.00 for wash cycle and $5.00 for dry cycle. Washing powder is also available at reception.
Lost and Found
Please contact reception for assistance. Found items are stored by the hotel for three months. After this time goods are donated to local community groups.
Parking
Guests are welcome to park their cars on the premises. Parking spaces are however limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Options
Heartland Hotel Queenstown accepts all major credit cards or cash payment in NZ$. All room charges must be cleared on check-out.
A 1.5% surcharge on all credit card payments applies.
Pets
We have dedicated dog friendly rooms available for booking by prior arrangement. Pets are not permitted in other guest rooms except for registered Guide Dogs.
Post Office
Postage stamps can be purchased from reception. Letters to be mailed may be left at reception. A courier service is available via reception.

Reception is open 24 hours a day and our helpful staff will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Luggage assistance, transport arrangements, and suggestions for activities are some of the services we can assist with. Please dial ‘0’ for front desk or come to reception to discuss your requirements.

A selection of beverages and snacks are available from vending machine in the main lobby.

Peaks Bar
Open from 7:00am til late for espresso coffees, snacks and meals. As well as a selection of wines by the glass and beverages to unwind with next to the open fire.

Safe Deposit Facilities
For your convenience complimentary safety deposit facilities are available at reception. We recommend using this service for cash and valuables during your stay with us. The hotel does not take responsibility for valuables left in your room. There is no charge for the safe deposit service.
Ski and Snowboard Locker Storage Service
(During winter months June – September) For your convenience we have ski and snowboard lockers available on the premises — skis and/or snowboards are not to be kept in guest rooms. This service is free of charge. Please contact reception for details.
