This season’s Home Grown Dishes have been created by our talented chef Danda Rao, head chef at the Runway Restaurant, Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport.
Akaroa King Salmon Tikka Tacos – $23.00

Tikka-spiced salmon paired with fresh slaw, smoky tomato and capsicum salsa in lightly toasted corn tortillas, finished with a zesty dill and lime coconut yoghurt.
Gnocchi Arrabbiata – $30.00

Pillowy full of flavour Pasta Vera kumara and horopito gnocchi in a spicy Arrabbiata sauce. Sweet and salty walnuts add crunch while creamy Stracciatella cheese and fresh basil elevate every bite.
