The river safari inclusion is provided by Waiatoto River Safari. Tours depart 11am, check-in with the operator no later than 10.30am (please note the Tour operators are located 15 minutes drive from the hotel). When booking this package, you will receive immediate confirmation for the accommodation component from Heartland Hotel Haast. The river safari inclusion will be confirmed separately by Waiatoto River Safari. If there are no spots available on your chosen date no charges will be payable if an alternative date cannot be arranged. You can check availability of the River Safari tours here.

Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur the full package cost.
