Baggage Storage
Guests are welcome to leave baggage at reception prior to check-in or while you wait for transfers after check-out. Please discuss your requirements with our friendly reception staff.

Our helpful staff can help you plan and book local attractions, so take advantage of the plethora of activities available to travellers in and around Auckland.
Check-out
Check-out time is 10.00am. Should you wish to keep your room after this time please contact reception for availability. Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
Children
High chairs and portable cots are available for guest use. Please contact reception to discuss your requirements.
Dry Cleaning
A dry cleaning service is available on weekdays. Please ask at reception for a bag and dry cleaning form. A same day service is available if delivered to reception prior to 8am.
Electricity
Electrical plug adaptors are available for loan from reception. A refundable deposit of $25.00 is required, added to your room account, or by cash payment. The adaptor must be returned to reception on check-out to receive the refund.
Electricity is supplied at 240V AC, 50Hz.

Fitness Centre
The fitness centre is available for use by guests until 10pm and can be accessed using your electronic room key card. Sanitiser and wipes are provided and we ask you to please wipe down the equipment after use.

Our housekeeping department is more than happy to provide you with additional supplies to make your stay comfortable. Please contact reception for assistance.
Laundry
The Guest laundry is located on the first floor of the hotel. Cost for washing machines is $4.00 each (2 x $2 coins), the dryer is $2.00. Laundry powder is $2.00. For change please see reception.
Lost and Found
Please contact reception for assistance. Found items are stored by the hotel for three months. After this time goods are donated to local community groups.
Parking
Guests staying with us are welcome to park their cars on the premises, please see reception for further details. Should you choose to leave your car for longer than your stay, please contact reception as additional costs will apply.
Payment Options
Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport accepts all major credit cards or cash payment in NZ$. All room charges must be cleared on check-out.
A 1.5% surcharge on all credit card payments applies.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the hotel, guest rooms, car park or left in cars overnight. Exceptions are made for registered Guide Dogs.
Pillow Menu
We are delighted to offer a range of feather or fibre pillows for your rest. Please contact reception for assistance.
Post Office
Postage stamps for mail items within New Zealand or overseas can be purchased from reception. Letters to be mailed may also be left at reception. A courier service is available Monday to Friday.

Our friendly, helpful staff wish to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Luggage porter, transport arrangements, forward bookings are just the beginning of the services we can provide. Please contact reception with any questions or to discuss your requirements.
Refreshments
A selection of beverages and snacks are available from vending machines on all floors.
Restaurant and Bar
Our restaurant is open for breakfast from 5:30am – 10:30am daily. Early departure breakfast is available upon request.
Lunch and light meals are available in our lobby area from 11am – 5pm.
Dinner is available in either the lobby area or restaurant from 5pm.
The bar is open until late.

Safe Deposit Facilities
Complimentary safety deposit facilities are available at reception. The hotel does not take responsibility for valuables left in your room. There is no charge for the safe deposit service.
Shuttle Service
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport’s domestic and international terminals every half hour. Please check with reception for the next shuttle time or to make a booking.
Smoking and Damage Fee
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in guest rooms and the hotel. Any damage cause by smoking, vaping, or overflowing bathtubs will incur a $250 fee.
Swimming Pool and Spa
The pool and spa are located at the front entrance of the hotel and are open from 8am – 10pm daily. Please note, children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the pool area unless they are under adult supervision. Children that are not toilet trained are required to wear a swim nappy. Appropriate swimwear is to be worn in the pool at all times.
Television
Your in-room television has a variety of channels for your viewing pleasure. Please turn on the set for options or contact reception if you need any assistance.
