Savvy Restaurant & Bar


Located off the main hotel lobby with an outlook onto Seymour Square, this is a great spot for daytime functions. With a built-in buffet and plenty of seating, this is ideal for corporate and private events during the day.


Seating for up to 70 people.

Equipment Hire

With complimentary unlimited WiFi and a lectern, we have a variety of equipment available for hire. Including a whiteboard and markers, flipchart with easel, projectors, screens, microphones, audio systems and chair covers. The hiring costs range from $3 to $150 per item.

Conference Catering


We offer a bakery breakfast from $11.50 pp, a continental buffet breakfast from $19 pp, and a full cooked breakfast from $28 pp.

Morning & Afternoon Tea

Refreshments including tea, coffee and orange juice from $4 pp. Tea/coffee with an added savoury or sweet food item from $8 pp.


Conference platters from $25 pp and buffet options from $5.50 pp.


We offer hot, cold and sweet options. 4 items for $16 pp, 6 items for $23 pp and 8 items for $30 pp.

Buffet Dinner

A variety of mains and desserts. Minimum number of 30 guests, from $45 pp.

Set Menu / Alternate Drop

We offer the option to create a set menu for your guests with a selection of different options. 2 courses from $40 pp or 3 courses from $50 pp.
