Succulent crispy skin duck leg combined with a sticky fig and port chutney and crispy kumara.

Degustation in Three Ways from the Sea
Blue Cod stuffed baby calamari steamed (salsa verde), pan-seared king prawns on dendê (African spiced organic oil), grilled octopus basted in garlic and lime (chimichurri sauce), and beetroot chips.

Roasted Aubergine Harissa & Griddled Pears with Goats Cheese
Roasted aubergine with yoghurt and pears with goats cheese and
watercress drizzled with hazelnut dressing.

Mains

Fillet Wellington
New Zealand prime Hereford eye fillet, Portobello mushroom ragu, folded and baked into a savoury pastry, baby purple carrots, broccoli puree, roasted baby beetroot, port and blueberry jus.

Lamb Duo
Southland farmed organic lamb rack chargrilled and slow-cooked smoked lamb shoulder, sautérd bok choy, dauphinoise potato, braised shallots, mulled cranberry sauce.

Glazed Chicken & Pancetta Medallion
Tender chicken breast cut and rolled with prime pancetta, smoked kumara purée, wilted spinach, roasted baby beetroot, sautéd zucchini and spiced orange glaze.
