Scratch and Win cards will only be issued to customers dining at the hotel restaurant. Customers must be over 65 and may be asked for Government issued ID to verify this. Room service orders are ineligible.

Scratch and Win Cards will be issued between 7 September and 31 October 2026 or until  stocks are unavailable whichever comes first

50% off accommodation offer applies to the customers next stay at a Scenic Hotel Group hotel and applies to one nights stay on the hotel’s Best Flexible Rate plan. Available for stays between 1 April 2027 and 30 September 2027. Blackout dates may apply.

Excludes group, function and wedding bookings

All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted).

Discount applies to our standard daily rate plans unless otherwise stated. Packaged or Promotional rate plans may not receive further discounts for signing up.

Best Flexible and Bed and Breakfast Rate Plans:

• Full payment will be taken at check-in
• Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation cost per room booked.

Advance Purchase (Room only and Bed & Breakfast Rate plans)

• Bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance
• Full payment will be taken within 36 hours of making the booking
• Cancellations or modifications on all Advance Purchase rate plans are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Group Bookings:

Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:
1. Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
2. Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
