All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card (this is for the purpose of guaranteeing your booking).
You may be required to pay a deposit for your booking, this will be explained in the quote.

Group Bookings are subject to our Group Booking Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
- Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
Scenic Hotel Te Pania bookings require guests to supply a credit card at check-in as security against the room (card must be in the same name as the guest booked, visa-debit or other hybrid-credit cards are not acceptable as security), payment may be made by other methods.
