Discounts for SuperGold Cardholders.

Terms & Conditions

• All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card (this is for the purpose of guaranteeing your booking, payment can be made via other methods at the hotel). 
  
• Rates are non-commissionable and intended for leisure travel.
• Super Gold rates and offers are only available to Super Gold Cardholders. You may be asked by the hotel to provide your Super Gold Card as evidence of your eligibility.
• Discounts apply to the full priced Best Flexible Rate plan or Bed & Breakfast rate plans. Some packaged or promotional rate plans will not receive further discounts for booking direct.
• Anniversary Salebration expires 16 September 2021, stays are up until 30 September 2021
• Blackout dates may apply.
• Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties (except for Te Waonui Forest Retreat which has a 48 hour cancellation policy). Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation cost per room booked.
• Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:
  1. Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
  2. Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
  
• If you agree to receive marketing material from us you may unsubscribe at any time. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
• Scenic Hotel Te Pania bookings require guests to supply a credit card at check-in as security against the room (card must be in the same name as the guest booked, visa-debit or other hybrid-credit cards are not acceptable as security), payment may be made by other methods.
• Our "Stay Longer and Save" offer may be withdrawn at any time at Scenic Hotel Group's discretion.
