The West Coast of the South Island is renowned for its wild foods; our Angus beef from Hokitika, the fish from the Tasman Sea and the Glacier waters of the West Coast, right down to the organically grown herbs from our Hotel kitchen garden. The Glasshouse Restaurant is open for dinner from 6.00pm until 9.30pm.
