Scenic Hotel Te Pania Terms & Conditions

e-Bike tours are self-guided and last 4 hours starting at 10am and finishing at 2pm, a map and instructions will be supplied. Wine tastings are not included.

We can arrange your bike tour to be the day you check-in or the day after and store any luggage before you check-in or after you check out.

Please supply your approximate heights in the reservation notes so that Takaro Trails can match a suitably sized bike to your height.

All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card, guests are also required to supply a credit card as security at check-in. Alternatively, a debit card in the guest’s name along with a government-issued photo ID may be used as security. Payment for your accommodation and sundry items can still be made by other payment methods (e.g. cash, debit card).

Rates are quoted in NZ$ inclusive of GST. on a per night basis. Additional nights can be purchased – please contact our Reservations team on 0800 69 69 63 to arrange.

Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 7-days prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur the full package cost.

Full Payment will be taken 7 days prior to arrival. Unused inclusions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All Packages are non-commissionable and intended for leisure travel.
