Guests will be provided a pass to the Ocean Spa with access to various pools, spas and the sauna facilities. Please check the Ocean Spa site for relevant opening times. Guests must adhere to Ocean Spas conditions of entry whilst on their premises. Unused passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Food credit applies to all in-restaurant dining at The Curve Restaurant for either Breakfast or Dinner service during your stay. Excludes room service and bar purchases. Unused credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card, guests are also required to supply a credit card as security at check-in. Alternatively, a debit card in the guest’s name along with a government-issued photo ID may be used as security. Payment for your accommodation and sundry items can still be made by other payment methods (e.g. cash, debit card).
Rates are quoted in NZ$ inclusive of GST. on a per night basis. Additional nights can be purchased – please contact our Reservations team on 0800 69 69 63 to arrange.
Cancellations or modifications must be made by 2pm the day before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur the full package cost.
All Packages are non-commissionable and intended for leisure travel.
