This season’s Home Grown Dishes have been created by our talented chef Marcel Ryda. Marcel has been part of the Scenic Family for 4 years, and wanted to showcase the delicate flavours of Otago Lamb, and incredible produce grown here in New Zealand.
Stuffed Zucchini – $28.00
Main | Vegetarian
Fresh zucchini filled with rice, capers, tomato and shallot then roasted with a parmesan crumble, served with butter-fried Puy lentils and a red capsicum sauce.
Provenance Lamb Shank – $34.00
Main | Gluten Free, Dairy Free
Central Otago lamb shank marinated with ginger, kaffir lime and green chilli then slow-cooked till perfectly tender. Served on a crispy coconut rice cake with Atjar pickles.
