Our Dog-Friendly Superior Studio Room comes with a Split King bed which can be split into twin beds by prior arrangement, sleeping up to 2 guests, and up to 2 dogs. Rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities, large TV with streaming capabilities, heating and cooling, and direct access to an outdoor area. The en-suite bathroom comes with a walk in showser, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer.
Your pet will be provided with their own bed, bowls and a welcome gift on arrival.
Dog friendly rooms must be booked directly with the Heartland Hotel Queenstown team. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. Additional surcharge of $35 per dog per night applies.

Dogs must abide by a code of behaviour whilst on the hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to ask guests and their dogs to depart in the event the dog is noisy and/or unruly. Dogs are to be kept under control at all times. Dangerous or menacing behaviour displayed by your dog/s while staying at a Scenic Hotel Group property, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Dogs may not be left unaccompanied in the guest room or in the owner’s vehicle whilst on property
Dogs will be provided with their own beds, they are not permitted to sleep on the guest beds
