Enjoy local cuisine; spit roasted local pork, Umu food and freshly caught local fish, plus Niuean favourites luku, takihi, taro, cassava and much more from our Umu including fresh meat products from New Zealand. The salad selection comprises of freshly grown Niuean produce that is sourced from the local hydroponic farm.
